SSC Scientific Assistant (India Meteorological Department) Examination 2026

Open competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Scientific Assistant in India Meteorological Department (IMD), Ministry of Earth Sciences, a premier national agency for meteorological observations, weather forecasting, and seismology.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Science (with Physics as one of the subjects) / Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications OR Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 60% marks.
