Role : Datacenter Operations Analyst

In the Data Center Project Manager role, you will work with the Data Center Operations Manager and other Data Center Project Managers to drive and implement consistent programs across your data center. With your team, you will enable the build out, onboarding and operationalization of new data center capacity.
Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of data center activities
Establish and enhance strong working relationships with customers
Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery
Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams
Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality for all ongoing PAN India based IT projects.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution
Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity
Work with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and execution
Learn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.,
Background Check Requirements:
Microsoft’s Customer Service and Support (CSS) organization supports over 170 Microsoft products, which range from the Consumer to Enterprise customer segments. This includes technical products from Developer Support and Enterprise Platform Support to Enterprise Messaging Support and Enterprise Business Applications Support. The site in Bangalore is a part of a global network that has over 50 million customer touch points on an annual basis and provides services to the Consumer and Enterprise customer segments.
