Role : Senior Manager, Business Development and Sales

SkillSet: ul, elv, sales, techno, selling.

Job responsibilities:

  • Create a sales execution plan for your region aligned with the overall country business plan

  • Be responsible for lead generation, development and conversion for the region

  • Create and manage the complete channel network of the region

  • Own key accounts and develop strong relationships with end customers and consultants

  • Take ownership of translating customer requirements into winning proposals and closing them

  • Show leadership in driving business across the country by assisting the other regional teams

Job requirements:

  • Should have techno- commercial experience from selling Security or ELV solutions

  • Should have a strong network of System Integrators and Consultants

  • Should have strong client relationship development and management skills

  • Should be creative, self- motivated and excellence- driven with an ability to drive a team

  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Should be willing to travel when required

Professional qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in BD and Sales functions including channel management

  • MBA from reputed schools and Under graduation in Engineering preferred
