Role : Customer Care Executive
Customer Care Executives working at Webart are not only expected to handle international callers, but must also build cordial & productive relationships with customers. You must be comfortable with rotational shift, as per roasters. You would be expected to take calls, work on live chats and provide email support, as well. Good communication skills with sound command over verbal & written English language is a must.
