The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is a planning authority created in 1957 under the provisions of the Delhi Development Act “to promote and secure the development of Delhi”.
DDA Master Plans – The DDA Master Plan was formed to ensure an organized and structured development of the haphazard growth of Delhi. DDA Housing – It looks after the construction of houses and provides the basic amenities like electricity, water supply, sewage disposal, and other infrastructure facilities.
DDA Land Development – The Delhi Development Authority acquires land for development in Delhi.
DDA Commercial Assets – DDA constructs, develops and maintains commercial properties such as retail shops in local markets, shopping complexes, office complexes, makeshift industrial setups, and so on.
DDA Sports Complexes – Its goal is to provide sports facilities such as sports complexes, playfields, multi-facility gymnasiums and fitness centres, golf courses, and so forth.
