To Determine the Percentage of marks of OGPA/CGPA, District Officers will take the written Clarification from the VC/REGISTRAR/PRINCIPAL of the Concerned University/College and Sanction/Reject the Applications accordingly.
What are the steps to apply?
Candidates belonging to SC/ST caste before applying please make sure you have all the requisite Documents and are eligible to apply in the above mentioned eligible course and you have completed the course successfully with the above OGPA, Upload the documents at SW Website Take a printout of the application submitted successfully, the prize is credited directly into the bank account that is linked with your Aadhaar Number.

Step 2: Register for an account with required details by providing the SSLC Registration number and Aadhaar number.

Hi Lokesh, the scholarship amount if sanctioned should come to your account any moment, wait for few more days if it does not then contact the Social Welfare compassionerate, regarding the same.

While filling the application form it automatically took the name in Aadhar Card which is different ( My name is Shashi Kumar V in application form it was printed as V Shashikumar because of aadhar card). Please let me know if this will cause any problem and if there is any alternate solution.

If you are still a Diploma student and not passed out completely then you should only apply based on 12th marks card. But remember the year passing out should match in the eligibility area.
Only if you have passed out completely you can apply for prizemoney, i.e course completion.

I’m having first class in all the semester but 7 and 8th sem original marks cards are not issued so what to do I’m 2019 passed out student
I have completed my M.Tech from NIE Mysuru in August 2019 with 9.04 CGPA. But my total information like aadhar, bank account are in Tumkur district. I belong to Tumkur district. Now in which district’s social welfare office should I submit the application.. Can I apply for prize money without my original marks card of 3rd and 4th semester (I have paper markscards signed by our HOD).. Plz anybody try to clarify my these two doubts..

It is better if you had the UIDAI with same address, you can apply but you will need previous marks cards Originals issued by the competent authority.
